Why UX design?
My main goal is to enable people to enjoy their work and to achieve great results with the help of good product design. I love the challenge of making complex systems, processes and information easy to understand and use. I want users to be able to use the product intuitively without issues of usability, understandability or accessibility - and that it helps them to achieve their goals in their real working environment.
She 100% owns the UX of whatever she is working on and if something in the team doesn't work as expected, she doesn't just ignore it, but starts a conversation about it to make sure we can fix it.

My role in UX
As a UX Designer and -Architect, I consider the overall experience of using a system and always keep an eye on the big picture. I enjoy learning about all touchpoints of each component and to connect the relevant stakeholders (product teams, developers, users) to avoid a siloed and cluttered experience for the end user. I think concepts through rather than working superficially.
Marie works with the utmost accuracy on a wide variety of often challenging projects and never gets rattled in the process. She manages to transform even complex scenarios into user-friendly concepts and thus contributes significantly to the UX of our product.

How I work ...
